Make it user-friendly and accessible, including things like sidebar links clearly marked, a neutral background, easy-to-read fonts and pages organized by their keywords or topics. The first way to organize your content effectively is by changing the formatting. If you simply have five paragraphs that are not broken up, they are going to be hard to read. Instead of formatting it like an essay, add some interest, larger fonts, bolding and italics. Within the content, use subheadings that are descriptive and also include some keywords for SEO purposes. If you can fit in bullet lists or numbered lists, that is also incredibly useful. It should be easy for them to find what they need, with various options. Have links of content and keyword categories on the sidebar of your site, more pages on the top of your site to browse through, and a search box for users who truly prefer this method of finding content.
If your content is on a blog, categories are your best friend. Nobody wants to spend hours looking through content that might not even be useful to them. Have different posts entered into separate categories. This organizes your blog and helps users find blog posts only in the categories they are interested in.
